Dr Holan Liang is an esteemed Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over 20 years of specialist experience. She holds a national leadership role as the NHS England/ Department of Health and Social Care GIRFT (Getting It Right First Time) Programme Lead for Children and Young People\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Mental Health, with responsibility for Neurodevelopmental Services. She is also a Senior Clinical Research Associate at The Autism Research Centre, The University of Cambridge and contributes as an Honorary Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at North East London Foundation Trust, leading paediatric neurodevelopmental pathways, and as Honorary Consultant Paediatric Neuropsychiatrist at Cambridge University Hospital Foundation Trust
Dr Liang previously served as the Psychiatry Lead for the National and Specialist Tic Service at Great Ormond Street Hospital for six years. Her expertise encompasses the assessment and management of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Tourette Syndrome.
Alongside her clinical career, Dr Liang has held prominent academic positions, including Honorary Associate Professor at UCL, Clinical Research Fellow and Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the UCL GOS Institute of Child Health. She has over 40 academic publications in peer reviewed journals.
Dr Liang has been widely recognised for her contributions to psychiatry and neurodevelopmental services. She is a recipient of multiple prestigious awards including:

Dr Liang is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each child\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s individual developmental needs. She focuses on multidisciplinary collaboration, early diagnosis, and assessments of children with multiple co-occurring conditions.
