Dr Rahul Chodhari is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatrician with specialist expertise in respiratory and allergic conditions in children. He qualified in Medicine in 1993 and went on to complete his paediatric training at several prestigious institutions including the Royal Brompton Hospital, Royal Marsden Hospital, University College London, and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
He was awarded a Welcome Trust Clinical Fellowship and undertook research at UCL focusing on recurrent respiratory infections in children. In 2008, he achieved accreditation in general paediatrics and was appointed as a Consultant Paediatrician at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Chodhari is a founding member of a leading “one stop” paediatric allergy service in North London, providing integrated allergy care. He also runs paediatric allergy clinics at the Royal National Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital, where he supports children with allergic rhinitis. Passionate about community health and education, he worked with Asthma UK on the “Speak Up for Asthma”
(SUFA) campaign—an initiative designed to promote asthma awareness in schools through interactive learning.
