Dr Samira Neshat is an internationally trained and highly respected Consultant in Paediatric Intensive Care and General Paediatrics, currently practising at The Portland Hospital and the Cromwell Hospital in London. With over two decades of experience, she is recognised for her clinical excellence, advanced training, and compassionate, family-centred care.
After completing her general paediatric training in Germany in 2004, she pursued a postdoctoral research fellowship at Wake Forest University, followed by advanced subspecialty training in Paediatric Critical Care at world-renowned institutions—Great Ormond Street Hospital (UK) and Yale University Hospital (USA). She also holds a Master of Public Health from Yale University. Her international background equips her with exceptional expertise in managing acutely ill children across a broad spectrum of conditions.
Dr Neshat is passionate about paediatric care and believes that strong partnerships with parents are key to exceptional outcomes. She collaborates closely with a wide range of paediatric specialties to provide comprehensive care tailored to your child’s needs.
Dr Neshat is dual-licensed to practise in the UK and the US. She is a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) and the Paediatric Intensive Care Society. She is a devoted mother of three and a passionate advocate for global child health. She has provided specialist care on humanitarian missions in Honduras, Macedonia, and Iran.
