Terms and conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions on which we provide goods and services to patients attending Mayfair Children’s Clinic for consultations, diagnostic tests, or treatments. These terms and conditions should be read carefully along with our Privacy Policy.
- Mayfair Children’s Clinic is a trading name of Mayfair Children’s Clinic Ltd (MCC or the Clinic) a company registered in England and Wales under number 15750157 whose registered office is at 15 Chesterfield Street, London W1J 5JN.
- These terms and conditions (Terms) form the basis of the agreement between you and MCC.
- By registering yourself or your child or children with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Registration Form, these Terms will take precedence followed by the Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any marketing material, these Terms will take precedence. MCC may update these Terms from time to time; however, any changes will only apply to any future visits, and you will be asked to agree to any new terms and conditions before they become effective for you.
- Consultants, surgeons, and general practitioners at MCC (together, the Doctors) are independent practitioners who set their own fees independently and are not employees of MCC. Payment for any fees due to the Doctors which have been invoiced on their behalf will be paid to the Clinic following the consultation or treatment. Please note that the Clinic acts as an agent for the Doctors in the collection of their fees.
- The Clinic’s fees for diagnostics, treatments and surgery will be due in the following way: (i) if you are self-funding, immediately at the point of booking.
- Parents or legal guardians are legally and financially responsible for any private medical costs incurred by their child (typically under 18) at the Clinic.
- Prior/during your visit to the Clinic, we will collect and process certain information about you or your child or children, both medical and non-medical, in order to provide you or him/her or them with healthcare services. MCC is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us by you directly, or by some other person or organisation, will be handled, stored and secured in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information about what information we collect about you or your child or children, how we use that information, and your rights, is contained within our Privacy Policy.
