Our expert dietetic and nutrition team at Mayfair Children’s Clinic offers personalised support for a wide range of dietary and health concerns. We take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help children, young people, and families achieve optimal health and well-being. Our services include:

  • Weight Management Package: A comprehensive three-month programme including:
  • Initial Assessment (60 minutes)

    First Follow-Up (45 minutes), 1–2 weeks after the initial assessment

    4 x Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes each), once a fortnight

    Email Support between sessions

    Option to extend as needed

  • Pre-diabetes/Impaired Glucose Tolerance
  • Dietary strategies to help manage and reduce risk factors

  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
  • Personalised nutrition plans to support symptom management and overall health.

  • Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
  • Specialist advice to help manage diabetes effectively through diet.

  • Feeding Difficulties (including for children with autism)
  • Support for challenges such as food refusal, extreme selectivity, and sensory sensitivities. Assessment of eating habits and development of practical, family-centred strategies to expand food variety. Guidance on sensory-based feeding techniques

  • Faltering Growth Dietary Advice
  • Nutritional interventions to promote healthy growth and development

  • Weaning Advice
  • Evidence-based recommendations to guide families through the transition to solid foods.
